The stickers have arrived and been applied, which is far better than the Sharpie notation on the panel that one position “works”.

And to underline how helpful this has been, I contacted Smeg AU as well who very helpfully advised that the oven is 20 years old,

and that they had nothing on it. I guess there’s a third party source for the stickers or you do them in house, but

what a massively useful aspect of repairing stuff.

Fantastic..! Your people are to be congratulated for providing possibly the best Customer Service I have ever encountered. From my first 'phone contact...when a young man spent quite some time assisting me and providing 'technical' advice...to the young lady who completed my order wih tremendous personal skills...a great experience.

I would like to pass on a big thank you for the prompt & kind service I received from the people at Stove Connection.

My parcel was delivered less than 24hrs after I ordered it! The people in dispatch sent me 3 emails & an invoice which I felt was well beyond what I would generally expect.
